Cathcart Construction, LLC was formed to fulfill Cathcart Properties vision of being a full-service development company. This new company is a highly specialized general contractor that focuses exclusively on building large scale luxury apartment, condominium and town home communities. Currently, the primary focus of Cathcart Construction, LLC is to build communities that are developed, managed
and owned by Cathcart Properties, Inc. partnerships. Bringing the general contracting services in-house ensures budgetary goals are met, a superior product is constructed, and delivery schedules are adhered to.
Upcoming projects include a 111 acre planned development in Teays Valley, West Virginia. The development, which will be the largest in the region, will include a combination of apartments, for-sale condominiums, town homes and single family homes; with a total of 850 residential units. |
